For a tasty holiday meal:
- Take your meat out of the fridge for at least half an hour before putting in the oven
- Don’t forget to keep all of your juices from your roasting meats ( maybe not the ham, too salty!) and add to your gravy to give it great flavour
A.J. Cox Butchers has been serving the people of Crediton since the late 1800s. Originally located in Market St next to the Square before moving to our current location in early 1900s. Crediton museum are in the process of finding old pictures and info for us to post at a later date.
Steve Nicholls and Emma Cole purchased A.J. Cox in August 2012.
We serve both local families and local businesses
