Andy Cross is the Shop Manager with 30 years of butchery experience in Crediton. The shop counter is his stage!
Peter Cann is our butcher and driver if needed. Knows more than he’ll ever let on! Makes a mean brew.
Pauline Roberts is full of useful information about the best cut for your supper. She’s “fussy about her meat”.
Ivor Short is our man in the kitchen. As a trained chef he’s happy to give cooking tips and ideas.
For a tasty holiday meal:
- Take your meat out of the fridge for at least half an hour before putting in the oven
- Don’t forget to keep all of your juices from your roasting meats ( maybe not the ham, too salty!) and add to your gravy to give it great flavour
