New handmade Cox’s Scotch eggs

We have been busy in the kitchen making Scotch eggs using our own sausage meat and Black Dog free range eggs coated in fresh breadcrumbs.  Traditionally served cold but we couldn’t wait and ate them warm. Fantastic.
