Cornish Charcuterie traditional chorizo is made using prime cuts from our home-reared Cornish Lop herd.
Prepared in the traditional way, we spice and enhance the rare breed meat with classic additions of pepper and paprika. The sausages are then lightly smoked and left to mature.
Vacuum packaged for freshness, these sticks make a perfect rustic edition to any picnic basket, hamper or charcuterie board. They also look fantastic hanging up in the kitchen.
Our salami sticks can be stored in a cool, dry place and have a shelf life of five weeks.
