Description
Handmade to the original recipe from the deli Steve and his family worked for in West Cornwall. Lucy, the lovely cook who baked these scrummy pies nearly 40yrs ago still lives locally and kindly passed the recipe on to Steve.
Choose either freshly baked in our shop or bake from frozen at home.
To bake from frozen;
Preheat oven to 170c
Place in hot oven on greased baking sheet.
Bake for 55 mins.
Check and turn after 40 mins.
Check thoroughly cooked.
For best results leave the pie to stand after cooking under a clean tea towel for 20mins.
