Homemade “Proper” Steak Pasty


Homemade in our kitchen to Steve’s family recipe from West Cornwall.


Choose either freshly baked in our shop or bake from frozen at home.
To bake from frozen;
Preheat oven to 170c
Place in hot oven on greased baking sheet.
Bake for 55 mins.
Check and turn after 40 mins.
Check thoroughly cooked.
For best results leave pasty to stand after cooking under a clean tea towel for 20mins.
